Why is it necessary to provide guest information again after check-in?
Our listing is registered with a legal hotel business license, and according to Hotel Business Act, all the guests are required to provide their information while checking to the accommodation.
Even though after the reservation confirmed, we have already received the same information from you online in order to give you check-in information, it is still necessary for you to give us the guest information again upon arrival. Please kindly understand, and thank you very much for your cooperation.
